Who is responsible
This website is run by Openix Solutions LLC, Maryland, USA, the maker of OSIRIS. For any question about your data, write to roman@openixsolutions.com.
When you read the site
- The public pages set no cookies of their own.
- The manuals area sets one cookie when you sign in. It keeps you signed in for up to 7 days, or until you sign out. It contains no personal data and is strictly necessary for the manuals area to work.
- The site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- The site loads nothing from other websites. Fonts, scripts and images come from this site only.
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the details of each request, and can set a cookie that is strictly necessary for that protection.
- The images in the viewer and the workflow demonstration are computer-generated. They contain no patient data.
When you request a demo
The demo form asks for your name, work email, organization, country and approximate exam volume. Other fields โ your role, modalities, current systems, timeline, preferred time, how you heard about us and a message โ are optional.
- We use this data only to answer your request and arrange the demonstration.
- The form sends your request by email to the OSIRIS team. Mailgun delivers that email for us. The website does not keep your request in a database.
- The email also shows the IP address the request came from and its country, so we can block abuse of the form.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We send your request only if you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.
- We keep your request for as long as we need it to answer you and follow up. We delete it earlier if you ask.
Where your data goes
Openix, Cloudflare and Mailgun operate in the United States, so your data can be processed there.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to the address above; we answer within one month. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
